The Blackmagic Design HyperDeck ISO Recorder 100G is a 2 RU SMPTE 2110 broadcast recorder engineered for multicamera live production and high-bandwidth IP workflows. Capable of recording up to eight channels of 10-bit 4:2:2 video at resolutions up to DCI 4K60, the unit captures each feed as an individual ProRes file directly to network storage over dual 100GbE connections. SMPTE ST 2022-7 redundancy ensures uninterrupted recording across dual network paths, while support for 16 channels of embedded audio per stream preserves full multichannel audio integrity for post-production.
Designed for live production and broadcast environments, the HyperDeck ISO Recorder enables simultaneous recording and playback of all eight channels, making it suitable for live switching, replay, and post-event editing. A front-panel 2.2" LCD with machined metal search dial and transport controls provides precise clip navigation and monitoring, complemented by a built-in speaker and headphone output for audio confidence. External control is supported via RS-422 serial, NMOS over RJ45, and USB-C configuration, while dual AC inputs, redundant network paths, and advanced Blackmagic OS management ensure reliable operation in demanding scenarios.
