Description
Preconfigured to provide flexible audio integration for ALEXA 35 cameras, this Audio Extension Module AEM-1 Set from ARRI includes an audio extension module with multiple audio and power I/O, an audio breakout cable with two standard 3-pin XLR audio inputs, and a mounting bracket for attaching the cable to the side of the extension module.
The ARRI Audio Extension Module AEM-1 mounts onto the back of your ALEXA 35 cinema camera and is designed to add mic and line audio inputs with internal electronic controls. The module features two balanced mini-XLR inputs with 48V phantom power, a low-cut filter, and level control. It also features an additional mini-XLR input with AES3/AES42 support with phase reversal and level control. A 3.5mm line/headphone jack with amplifier allows you to monitor and output the audio inputs. The module also features a 12V 2-pin LEMO and a 24V RS power output to provide power and run/stop to accessories.
Featuring dual Sonosax AEM-1 mini-XLR outputs and dual standard 3-pin XLR inputs, this Audio Breakout Cable AB-7 from ARRI is designed for use with the ALEXA 35 and other cameras with 3-pin mini-XLR audio inputs. Attaching to a camera rig via its captive 1/4"-20 screw or ARRI's compatible Breakout Box Side Mounting Bracket, this cable sports a rubber pad to ensure a secure fit without causing scratches. The AB-7 is 12" in length and provides more audio flexibility to a camera setup by offering two standard 3-pin XLR inputs for wide-ranging microphone compatibility.
Mount your Audio Extension Module AEM-1 and Audio Breakout AB-7 onto your ALEXA 35 or ALEXA 35 Xtreme camera with the Breakout Box Side Mounting Bracket from ARRI. This compact bracket mounts onto the module via a 3/8"-16 anti-twist screw with locating pins and mounts onto the breakout box via two M4 screws.
