CVX and EVS viewing stations are available with a variety of storage options and configurations, including flat and deep file storage drawers. These viewing stations are the perfect choice for prepress studios, agencies, publishers, offices, and production environments. The VPI Vertical Print Inspector is a specially designed D50 viewing station for the controlled color inspection of large format digital images. With the VPI the observer can stand at a comfortable distance and view the entire image.

CVX Color Viewing Stations

The CVX is a versatile viewer, compatible with either an office/conference room setting or a production/pressroom work area.The CVX family of D50 color viewing stations features state-of-the-art electronic ballasts combined with Graphiclite T8 fluorescent lamps, producing superior light evenness, excellent rear wall illumination, and enhanced energy efficiency.CVX units include a print bar, removable side walls, and LiteGuard II, which displays lamp warm up, lamp hours, and remaining lamp life. During set up the viewing station’s height can be set to accommodate your viewing environment (available on CVX-3052/FS and CVX-30106/FS models only).If desired, the CVX can be provided with two or three light sources. CVX viewing stations are available with a variety of floor stand and storage options, including flat and deep file storage drawers. GTI offers a variety of model sizes ideally dimensioned for multiple press sheets, larger format sizes, and group critiques.

EVS Executive Viewing Stations

The elegant design of the EVS makes it the ideal viewer for conference room, lobby, and office environments. All EVS viewers utilize state-of-the-art electronic ballasts which are combined with Graphiclite T8 fluorescent lamps to produce superior light evenness, excellent rear wall illumination, and enhanced energy efficiency.

The EVS’s luminaire is positioned parallel to the floor and utilizes an asymmetrical lens design which directs light at an angle ensuring consistent illumination on the work surface and rear wall. This position is also ideal for soft proofing applications and viewing stations equipped with a densitometer or spectrophotometer.GTI’s EVS D50 viewing stations include a print bar, horizontal and vertical viewing positions, and LiteGuard II, which displays lamp warm up, lamp hours, and remaining lamp life. During set up the viewing station’s height can be set to accommodate your viewing environment. Side walls are optional but recommended for tighter compliance to industry standardsEVS viewing stations are available with a variety of floor stand and storage options, including flat and deep file storage drawer. A variety of model sizes ideally dimensioned for labels, packaging, multiple press sheets, larger format sizes, and group critiques are available. 

VPI Vertical Print Inspector

The VPI Vertical Print Inspector is a D50 viewing station that is designed for the visual inspection of large format prints in a convenient vertical format.

When using the VPI the observer can stand at a comfortable distance and visually compare the entire image with a color monitor, transparency, or reference print.The ISO 3664:2009 compliant light quality of the VPI is a combination of the Graphiclite 100 Color Viewing Lamp output, aluminized high efficiency reflectors, and spectrally neutral, non-yellowing diffusers.The VPI comes in three standard sizes with a range of options. Options include variable Intensity for soft proof comparisons, height-adjustable artwork holder to support three dimensional artwork, lower luminaire for better light evenness, and side walls for stricter control of ambient light.
