Turn on ONE R and switch to the appropriate mode under Settings-General-USB mode. Select iOS or Android and connect.

If your phone cannot recognize ONE R via cable, please check the following three points:

1. Are you using an official cable? If not, the cord may not be able to successfully recognize ONE R.
2. Have you set the USB mode correctly on ONE R?
3. If you’re using an Android phone, is the OTG function turned on?
